Three-day fundamentals course: introduction to PCM
Get to grips with the fundamentals of PCM by joining this introductory workshop.
The three-day course will provide you with a useful overview of how to introduce the PCM model to your working environment. This is a model that 'Does what it says it will 'on the can'. By the end of the workshop you will be able to successfully apply the methods and use your new communication skills to make a positive impact upon your business results.
