PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
With over 25 years of corporate leadership experience, while employed with Dow Corning Corporation, Mark was globally responsible for developing customer relationship strategies, processes, and skills, resulting in improved profitability, service level performance, and delivery of customer value.
The Dow Corning Story of enterprise transformation was featured in Value Based Marketing for Bottom-Line Success - DeBonis, Balinski, Allen (McGraw-Hill, 2003), and Dow Corning has since been recognized as one of America’s Greatest Brands, awarded Specialty Chemical Company of the Year by Frost & Sullivan, a recognized leader in market research, and in 2007 was included in Fortune Magazine’s list of Top 100 Great Places to Work.
In 2002, Mark founded GTP Associates, which, in addition to supporting Dow Corning, provides tailored training, coaching and support to organizations pursuing customer-centered transformation. Mark’s first book, entitled Bringing Meaning Into Monday™, is slated for publication in 2007.
