Stephanie Allen is a highly respected and sought-after Management Development
Facilitator.

Over twenty years Stephanie has gained a wide range of senior management experience,
particularly in the fields of Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Personal
Development & Total Quality Management.

She began her management career with BTplc and in 1989 was part of the team responsible
for introducing the concept of Total Quality Management (TQM) to the Organisation. The
design & delivery of a two year training programme, across all levels of the Organisation,
as well as the facilitation of Quality Improvement Teams & Quality Councils has given
Stephanie an in-depth, practical knowledge of the various TQM techniques & a keen
interest in new ideas.

Since 1993 she has built up an enviable reputation as a Management Development specialist working with managers at all levels to help them grow. Although much of her current work involves designing and delivering accredited programmes so that clients may gain Internationally respected qualifications through her consultancy, Chapel Associates, she also creates learning opportunities for clients who need specific skills without a
qualification.

Stephanie supports a broad range of clients in both public and private sectors across the
UK and Europe as well as delivering an annual HR Strategy Masterclass in Shanghai. In
addition, she has built up a very specific niche within UK Universities and Colleges working
with staff and supporting them whilst they gain management qualifications.
Stephanie has a passion for helping people develop and this is clearly seen in her highly
inter-active facilitation style.
