Rob Fear has been a marketing and sales consultant for over twenty years since gaining an MBA from Cranfield School of Management in the UK.
Rob’s consultancy and training specialisation in recent years has been in the field of Key Account Management strategy and implementation in the business to business arena, in the UK, mainland Europe and further afield.
He has lectured in Consultancy Skills on the International MBA Programme at Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge.
In 2005, Rob founded Morgan Maxwell Ltd, a Business to Business practice focused on Marketing and Customer Management:

· Learning and Skills Development Workshops & Programmes: Designing and facilitating skills development for teams and individuals:training in presenting, selling and negotiating, marketing, key account management, finance, leadership & management, training and coaching

- Starting with the customers’ priorities
- Linking these to organisational business goals: distinguishing best commercial practice from the latest management fad and tailoring it to company culture, values and changing marketplace
- Improving Marketing, Sales and Customer Management processes
- Creative Facilitation and Training to develop people’s knowledge and skills to embrace change and achieve results that exceed their expectations – always looking for a different and better way to achieve better commercial results from their planning and activity
Prior to joining the specialist sales and marketing consultancy Marketing Improvements Group plc in 1984, Rob worked in a number of marketing, sales and general management roles in the footwear, sportsgoods and floorcoverings industries.
His extensive consultancy and training experience, more recently with RSM Robson Rhodes LLP, has included assignments with clients across a wide variety of business sectors in the UK and internationally, including:
